The place is lovely, very cozy and warm. Located in front of a lake, you cannot dream of a better view with a good coffee, matcha or Aperol spritz … The staff is super friendly, and the cheese plank is to die for ! Highly recommend

If you are looking for great value food and drink, then look no further. The location is set in one of the most spectacular parks in Europe. We sat outdoors (daytime) soaking up the vibrant atmosphere, and that was without the array of outdoor lighting which they have at their disposal for night time ambience. Night times must feel extra special there. I will visit again very soon. Thank you to all the staff for such a pleasant dining experience.

So nice place ! If you are taking a walk in the Tervueren Park, you have to stop by the Spaans Huis to order a little drink and a delicious Belgian waffle (or a plate of tasty cheese) ! On the terass if it's sunny (with a stuning view) or inside if rainy (we know how Belgian weather can be... ). There even is a playroom upstairs for your children! The owners are super sympathic and have made an extraordinary work by renovating this old historic building, congrats to them !

Absolutely buzzing place!! It is located in the most charming spot of the Tervueren Park, right by the lakes and the woods. There is a lovely terrace in the sun where you can enjoy drinks and a delicious cheese platter. It's definitely becoming our go to place on weekends!

The setting is both charming and welcoming, with a beautifully preserved atmosphere that reflects the richness of the building’s history. They’ve thought of everything: a relaxed bar, a playground, a playroom for kids, quality catering, and plenty of cozy seating areas—both indoors and outdoors. The vibe is casual but thoughtful, making it a great spot to unwind without any fuss. Special mention to the staff, who are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. It’s rare to find such a peaceful, warm space where everyone—from families with young kids to couples or solo visitors—can feel at ease. Highly recommend!

Great restaurant at the corner of the Tervuren park and the forests! The food is nice, very similar to what I've seen at Brasseries The service is cool, very friendly and also energetic! The ambience is also nice, there is a strong sense of community, something similar I've noticed about other restaurants and brasseries in the areas surrounding Brussels.

A beautiful setting in the heart of Tervuren Park, with lovely and thoughtful decor! All the cakes are homemade and absolutely delicious. Special mention for the cappuccino — perfect for a cozy coffee break. A friendly spot not to be missed!
